Understand future technology & trends
Every professional field is currently being rapidly transformed by technology. Knowing about resulting opportunities & challenges is crucial to navigate the future. That's why we show you how 10 technologies - AI, 3D printing, robotics, the Internet of Things, AR, VR etc - and economic trends will affect our lives & careers, and how you can thrive amid them!
Learn in-demand skills to become a leader
To succeed in the future, you will need to both be able to manage yourself and others. We teach you the life skills you need - how to manage yourself in terms of personal finance, stress, energy and resilience, learn effectively, etc - and leadership skills. We also teach you basics of in-demand job skills (coding, data analysis, sales, entrepreneurship, etc) which nearly all careers will require!
Build the game plan for your life
By the end of the program, you'll be clear on your career and life goals and what skills, knowledge and further education you need to achieve them. You'll have a roadmap with actionable next steps (internships, uni, job, etc) - whether your focus is getting a dream job or starting a company one day. It covers up to 10 years & is adaptable over time.
Use what you love to make a difference
If you want to have a long & purposeful career that is well-paid, it usually requires that you solve big problems for a group of people. We give you a snapshot of current social, economic & environmental problems. We also show you how tech can be used to solve these problems at scale. You pick 1-3 that you want to further explore in your career.
Get access to mentors & networks
After graduation from the academy, we stay in touch. Networks and continued learning are key to your success, so we match you to a mentor in your dream career and suggest further education. We also check-in after 6 months to see if you're advancing with your goals. Lastly, our alumni events ensure you continue to inspire each other!
Program Philosophy
Our bootcamps are based on the notion that being sustainably future-ready in an ever faster advancing world requires identifying your personal intersection of the 4 elements pictured in this diagram - and then regularly re-evaluating & updating it.
Our 4- and 8-Day Bootcamps help you understand ‘what the world needs’ through knowledge of future tech & trends. Our 8-Day Bootcamp in addition helps you understand the remaining 3 components: 'what you can be paid for, what you are good at & what you love'.
Plus, knowing and acquiring the skills to then act on the insights from this chart is even harder. That's why we also upskill you to enable you to meet challenges that come with pursuing your goals, from topics like entrepreneurship to productivity, and guide you via further resources so you can keep learning.

DAY 1: SELF-AWARENESS
Find gaps and overlaps between your interests and life goals vs. your strengths, skills, traits, and understand your weaknesses; choose your areas for self-development.
DAY 2-3: FUTURE TECH
Learn about future trends, the opportunities & challenges created by cutting-edge tech (from AI to XR) and how to use & navigate them in your career to your advantage
DAY 4: FUTURE JOBS
Learn about about job trends, research skill & lifestyle profiles of jobs you're interested in, and explore entrepreneurship & freelancing vs. traditional career paths
DAY 5-6: FUTURE SKILLS
Learn the basics of in-demand life & jobs skills crucial to achieve the goals you're about to set - from coding, to data analysis, self-management, leadership & more!
DAY 7-8: YOUR GAME PLAN
Based on a template and coaching plus guided research, you develop your goals & plan to achieve them (incl. dream jobs, unis, companies, degrees, mentors, skills, etc) and how to validate your path within the next 6 months.
POST-PROGRAM: NETWORK!
We connect you to mentors, host alumni events & do a formal check-in meeting 6 months post-program to discuss the insights you gained from your 6-month validation phase.

The Location

The Group Bootcamps are held in a modern office right in the heart of Luxembourg City: in the beautiful street of Rue Goethe, just off the Avenue de la Liberté.
It is easily accessible by public transport: the closest tram stop is Place de Metz. The closest bus stops are Spuerkeess as well as Rue Heine and Ste Zithe, each just one to two streets away.

There are also plenty of nice cafés and restaurants around at which to grab lunch.
