By the end of the 7-Day Bootcamp, you'll be clear on your career & life goals and what skills, knowledge and education you need to achieve them. You'll have a roadmap with actionable next steps (internships, uni, job, etc) - whether your aim is getting that dream job or starting a company one day. It covers up to 10 years & is adaptable over time!
Use what you love to make a difference
If you want to have a long & purposeful career that is well-paid, it usually requires that you solve big problems for a group of people. We give you a snapshot of current social, economic & environmental problems. We also show you how tech can be used to help solve these problems. You pick 1-3 that you want to further explore in your career.
Learn in-demand skills to become a leader
To succeed in the future, you will need to both be able to manage yourself and others. Our 3-Day Bootcamp teaches you the life skills you need: how to manage your personal finances, stress, energy and resilience, learn effectively, etc. You'll also learn basics of in-demand job skills (leadership, coding, sales, data analysis, etc) which all careers require!

Program Philosophy
Our bootcamps are based on the notion that being sustainably future-ready in an ever faster advancing world requires identifying your personal intersection of the 4 elements pictured in this diagram - and then regularly re-evaluating & updating it.
Our 7-Day Bootcamps help you understand ‘what the world needs’ through knowledge of future tech, job trends & societal problems. By building your self-awareness, we identify 'what you are good at' and 'what you love'. Lastly, we explore in-demand careers to define 'what you can be paid for' to identify your dream job!
Pursuing your dream career successfully is even harder. Our 3-Day Bootcamp hence upskills you to enable you to meet challenges that come with chasing your goals: from self-management to coding, leadership, etc!

FUTURE CAREERS
DAY 1: SELF-AWARENESS
Find gaps and overlaps between your interests & life goals vs. your strengths, skills & traits. Understand your weaknesses, self-limiting beliefs and choose areas for self-development.
DAY 2: FUTURE JOBS
Learn about about job trends, research skill & lifestyle profiles of jobs you're interested in & that align to your strengths. Explore entrepreneurship vs. traditional careers.
DAY 3-4: FUTURE TECH
Learn how cutting-edge tech (from AI to VR) creates opportunities & challenges in your industries of interest & how to leverage them. Narrow down your career options.
DAY 5-7: YOUR GAME PLAN
Based on a template, coaching & guided research, you develop your plan (incl. dream jobs, unis, employers, etc) and how to test your top 2 careers in the real world within 6 months. You then present it & compete for the 100€ award!
POST-PROGRAM: VALIDATE!
6 months post-program, we do a virtual 1:1 check-in to discuss your insights gained from the validation phase & you make your final choice! You then get access to our alumni community & virtual events. Optionally, we can furthermore match you to a mentor in your dream job.

Do I need to have perfect grades in school to be eligible for this program?While we certainly appreciate everyone who has amazing high school grades, that is not a must-have criterion. What is important is that you have a genuine interest in the program (including ideally technology, business, politics or entrepreneurship), an emerging set of interests and passions, and that you are willing to learn.

Is this program only focused on careers in the tech or business sector?No. The program's goal is not to push you into a STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) or business career - we want you to pursue YOUR interests and build out YOUR strengths, which is why the outcome of this program is highly personalised for everyone. If you want to become an artist who works with oil paint, an actor in a theatre, or anything that seems not related to tech at first, we will help you develop your plan to achieve that. The reason why we nevertheless teach about technology trends is because no matter your field of interest, it will be affected by tech! Yes, even as an artist who is painting with oil colours. If you don't know how to take advantage of technology in your particular field and what to watch out for, you'll be at a disadvantage. We therefore provide you with all the information and strategies you need to make an informed decision, identify how you might be able to leverage tech even in a non-tech career, and the skills to navigate your future career jungle seamlessly.

Will I need a laptop to participate in the program?Yes - a lot of the exercises we do as part of the program will require you to be able to research areas of your interest quickly.

In which languages are the bootcamps held?We currently offer our bootcamps in English and German.

Do I receive a certificate for completing the bootcamp?Yes, everyone receives a digital and printed certificate!

Do I need to live in Luxembourg to be able to participate?For our 1:1 Online Bootcamp, you do not need to live in Luxembourg, as it can be taken 100% online. If you live within 2h of Luxembourg, we do recommend however to at least do the first session in-person in Luxembourg City, as it is always nicer if we can get to know you in-person rather than just digitally! However for the 7-Day and 3-Day Group Bootcamps, which take place in Luxembourg City, we do recommend living within max. 1h from the city center, or finding a way to stay with friends who live nearby. We currently do not offer accommodation, so it is most convenient if you are able to go back home in time after each day.
The Location

The Group Bootcamps are held in a modern office right in the heart of Luxembourg City: in the beautiful street of Rue Goethe, just off the Avenue de la Liberté.
It is easily accessible by public transport: the closest tram stop is Place de Metz. The closest bus stops are Spuerkeess as well as Rue Heine and Ste Zithe, each just one to two streets away.

There are also plenty of nice cafés and restaurants around at which to grab lunch!
